Four-Storey Multipurpose Commercial Development
This project comprises the development of a four-storey multipurpose commercial facility strategically located within a prime area of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The development is planned for incremental implementation, allowing construction and investment activities to be phased in accordance with the project's strategic and financial objectives.
Projekt Arena Consulting Services has been appointed as both the Project Consultant and Contractor, with responsibility for the integrated management and delivery of the project throughout its entire lifecycle. Our scope encompasses project planning, design and technical coordination, procurement, construction management, stakeholder coordination, quality management, cost and schedule control, and overall project monitoring and control.
The project is currently at the planning and pre-construction stage, with activities focused on defining project requirements, developing the implementation strategy, coordinating technical inputs, and establishing the frameworks necessary for effective project execution.
