Two-Unit Semi-Smart Residential Developmen

This project comprises two units of a two-bedroom semi-smart residential property developed in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

As the main contractor, Projekt Arena Consulting Services adopted a structured project delivery approach focused on translating the client's requirements and expectations into defined project outcomes. From project initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout, we maintained continuous engagement with the client to ensure effective requirements management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against agreed scope, quality, functionality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Throughout the project lifecycle, we coordinated construction activities and resources while ensuring that applicable building standards, technical specifications, functional requirements, quality criteria, and project controls were appropriately addressed. Particular attention was given to constructability, workmanship, material quality, functional performance, and the integration of semi-smart features to enhance the usability and value of the completed development.
